About Us:

River with year-round operations and organized systems

The Role: 

We're seeking experienced, reliable roofing installers who take pride in their work and are looking to build a

long-term career with our team.

Requirements: 

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in roof installation
• Safety certification – Fall Protection & WHMS
• Proven expertise with asphalt shingles and flashing details
• Strong troubleshooting skills for leak detection and repairs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel the Island from Nanaimo to Victoria & Campbell River (travel allowance provided)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous crew head experience
• Experience running or being part of a crew
• Knowledge of multiple roofing systems
